Overview
At Wedding Card Experts, we take pride in crafting beautiful, personalized wedding cards tailored to your special occasion. Because the majority of our products are custom-made to your specifications, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Custom & Personalized Items (Non-Returnable)
As our wedding cards are custom/personalized products, they are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. This includes any card personalized with:
• Names or initials
• Wedding dates or event details
• Custom messages or wording
• Specific colors, fonts, or design choices
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right — see the "Damages & Defective Items" section below.
Standard / Non-Personalized Items
For any non-personalized items (such as blank cards, envelopes, or accessories), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided:
• The item is in the same condition as received
• It is unworn, unused, and unaltered
• It has the original tags attached
• It is in its original packaging
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at weddingcardexperts@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for the return
3. Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
We do not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees for eligible non-personalized items.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect custom items: We do not require you to return the product. Instead, we will ship you a free replacement at no additional cost to you. No return shipping is needed.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design, name, date, etc.), contact us within 7 days of delivery at weddingcardexperts@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or error
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free reprint/replacement and ship it to you at no cost. No return of the original item is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Custom or personalized wedding cards
• Sale items or discounted products
• Gift cards
• Digital downloads or digital proofs
Exchanges
For eligible non-personalized items, the fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
For damaged or incorrect custom items, we will arrange a free reprint or full refund — no return required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved: your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at weddingcardexperts@gmail.com.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification — even for personalized items, as required by EU consumer law.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
